kadi -- qadhi Kadi - to spolszczona postac transkrypcji - qadhi (dh - twarde th, takie bardziej niż angielskie, raczej jak - hiszpańskie);
"kazi" -- najprawdopodobniej - zasłyszane/przepisane w transkrypcji od Egipcjanina, którzy wymawiają - th/dh z klasycznego arabskiego jako kolokwialne -- zi.

4. The petitioner No. 3 is the father of the petitioner No. 1 and No.2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the sister of the informant had a love affair with the petitioner No. 1.

On 19.03.2019, Sabina Yeasmin who was a major at that time, entered into a marriage agreement with the petitioner No. 1 voluntarily.

The said marriage was duly entered through a marriage agreement dated 15.03.2019 (Annexure - 4) and the execution of the same was duly notarized before the Notary, Kokrajhar in presence of two Page No.# 3/5 witnesses and a learned advocate.

The marriage was also solemnized before Muslim Marriage Registrar & Kazi at Kokrajhar on 15.03.2019 (Annexure - 6) and Muslim Marriage Registrar & Kazi, Kokrajhar had issued a Marriage Certificate dated 15.03.2019 (Annexure -7).
