Relatório Clínico
The line in the Relatório Clínico: (Gastroenterology)
AFA: Sem DO. Mãe com Doença de Crohn
For AFA I have "Family History"; it's the "Sem DO" that has me stumped.

Selected
oncological diseases (doenças oncológicas [DO])
Given that it concerns the Family History section, I believe this could be an option.

Comment: "Thanks Carla...I think this fits the context best, given the overall nature of the Clinical Report."

Opportunistic Diseases (Doenças Oportunistas)
If you can provide more (to understand the context)...
Note from asker:
Thanks, Fernando. On this point, unfortunately, this was all the context I had. |

Obstructive Disease (Doença Obstrutiva)
We need more context, but as this is a Gastroenterology question, I think Obstructive Disease could work
Note from asker:
Thanks, Bruno. It's a good option, which I will keep in mind for future reference. I think the general context of this clinical report, for this line reporting a general family history, Oncological Diseases is the better choice here. |
