مثال توضيحي مع الشرح والاستفاضة فيه

يحق (يجوز) للمشتري (ان يستعمل) ان يستفيد من/الاستفادة من هذه المنتجات (وبيعها) ببيعها ضمن نشاطته التجارية الاعتيادية بأفضل سعر معقول (يمكن الحصول عليه) يمكن عرضه في السوق ( في اعمال المشتري=يعني في سوق المشتري اي في السوق الذي يعمل فيه المشتري حاله كحال بقية الذين يعملون في هذا المجال من السوق)

لكن عليه ان يدفع للبائع مستحقاته من عوائد هذا البيع/مستحصلات هذا البيع
إلا في حالة إلغاء ذلك الحق ( حق عرض وبيع منتجات البائع سواء على موقعه في النت او محله) (وذلك بإبلاغ المشتري كتباياً - هذه العبارة من ضمن النص وليس شرح) او في حالة إفلاس المشتري


واخيراً العلاقة بين البائع والمشتري قائمة فقط على الحسابات ودفع المستحقات والمال والمنتجات المباعة والمشتراة وليس على ارسال التقارير وتوضيح الاسباب وغيرها
