surveillance alert

I think 'surveillance alert' comes closest, i.e. a surveillance alert created in the relevant information system/s of the Dutch National Police which triggers discreet or more explicit checks on persons, objects or locations and which enables a fast response if needed.

"AOL
"When the police find signals of ‘trafficking’ the ‘victim’ receives a so-called ‘negative work notation’. This notation is restricted to the facility where she works. The indications need to be sufficiently strong to hold up in administrative court if the sex worker or proprietor decides to challenge the notation. In case the indicators are deemed insufficiently convincing by the police, the officer puts the woman on a ‘watch list’ (aandachtsvestiging) to be followed up in future inspections."

Not sure whether 'alert notice on location' is good English.

It is about a policy of 'special/extra surveillance' of a person, location or entity.

Extra surveillance, such as house visits can be used at the discretion of the police. Also, the probation services can ask during their meetings with the offender whether (s)he obeyed the PO, and the social services can do the same when they meet the victim. Apart from this, the probation services are entirely dependent on GPS when it comes to monitoring POs.

The police are being informed of the existence of POs during ‘briefings’. In serious cases, a so-called ‘alert notice on location’ (aandachtsvestiging op locatie) can be issued. The police can then watch this address more closely, e.g., by means of extra surveillance, and if a violation is reported from such an address, the central control room will send out a patrol car immediately.
