Diverse ***Wildinfektionen*** können auf den Menschen übertragen werden. Die Erkennung ist durchaus schwierig. Hauptinfektionsgefahr sehe ich beim Zewirken oder Ausweiden, also "Schlachten", da hier viel mit Körperflüssigkeiten in Kontakt gekommen wird. Gerade hier ist also besonders auf Hygiene zu achten (Messer heiß abwaschen, Handschuhe, ggf. Mundschutz)
