English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

The Purchaser shall promptly and diligently cause the relevant Company to take all such action as the Seller may reasonably request, including, but not limited:

a) to institute the proceedings;

b) to avoid, dispute, resist, compromise, defend or appeal against any such claim
