Beginning 05/01/2023 , your Unemployment Insurance benefits were reduced by 10 percent and sent to the Department of Child Support Services office listed below. The certified that you were behind in your child support payments and ordered that your benefits be reduced.

Your support order remains in effect even when you are unemployed or disabled unless it is modified by a court order.
If the amount withheld from your benefits is less than your monthly support obligation, the overdue and unpaid amount will increase.
