When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

properly registered with such trading style (as a body aggregate)

COMUNE DI CASTENASO - as a 'body corporate or aggregate' - has entered into a prelim agreement to sell, so ditta must be referring thereto. (In E&W, it might be The Aldermen of the Borough Council who are the 'body' authorised to sell).

In ditta may work like the business label 'in Firma' in DEU, namely 'trading as' wth a company or partnership name (trading as a firm' in UK litigation means a partnership-only).

I doubt this is a 'false friend' intestate scene.
Example sentence:

IATE: ditta di consulenza advisory firm

A corporation aggregate refers to the group of people who make up a corporation

duly registered as legally owned by

It refers to ownership rights in the title. The expression "in ditta correttamente intestata alla Parte Promittente Venditrice" means the property (the long description that comes earlier in the clause) is duly registered as legally owned by the Seller ("Parte promittente venditrice", literally the Seller that entered into an agreement/promise to sell).
In other words the Seller holds title to the property under sale, at least according to the entry in the land registry (catasto). Not related to trades and businesses in this case.
