disagree Jose Marino : tenor es "contenido literal"(DRAE), por lo tanto "a tenor de lo literalmente" es redundante.

de acuerdo con lo establecido expresamente en el contrato

In agreements, contracts and documents of the like, it is usual to see dicothomy between expreso and tácito . That is, between what the document literally states and what may be inferred from it.
Example sentence:

. . . a excepción de los que se vean expresamente limitados por el contenido del fallo condenatorio . . . (Constitución Española, art. 25)

. . . y ejerce las funciones que le atribuyen expresamente la Constitución y las leyes . . . (Constitución Española, art. 56)
