I have generally translated this wording as "to such extent that the property exists, subsists and extends, without exception or reservation"

Conor! Yes, I'm on my own indeed. Just putting a legalistic turn of phrase to this - however, there is no direct equivalent in English (at least that I have found). Happy to admit that.
I have generally translated this wording as "to such extent that the property exists, subsists and extends, without exception or reservation"
