The undersigned hereby acknowledge that XXX, P.A., exclusively represents the Seller in connection with the closing of the Property.

The undersigned hereby acknowledge that XXX, P.A., has also served as a closing/title agent in this transaction.

Closing Agent is irrevocably authorized and directed to complete the closing of the transaction and make disbursement in accordance therewith.

BROKERS/FINDES: Buyer and Seller agree and acknowledge that no real estate brokers or finders are involved in this transaction except the ones listed on settlement statement or closing disclosure.
