Leave it in Spanish
You don't need to translate it. It's the name of an institution, and most people would be able to get an idea of its meaning even if they didn't speak Spanish. In fact you're patronising them by translating it.

: "patronising them by translating it" is a bit OTT. I can't think of 1 monolingual person I know who wouldn't appreciate an "English approximation" translation in brackets. But yeah, leave it in Spanish (in italics, where possible)
