I agree with Neilmac. Policy - or rather the insurance proferred -> 'construed contra proferentem in the case of ambiguity' (proferta) would also def. make sense.
Compare the archaic drafting style of the 'within-written' policy - not strictly attached or annexed hereto, but set out e.g. in a Policy Endorsement.
'I suppose the stamp could have been made with a typo?' - unlikely even by Hispanic standards.
PS again, if the translation is for notarial attestation (certification), it is a fraught policy assuming a typo and correcting such. The translation could not then be notaris/zed as 'true and faithful' to the original.
