I know "foyer" has been asked about many times but I can't think what the right term would be in this context. Usually, "foyer" refers to something you see on an x-ray or CT for example. In my case, this use of "foyer" is sandwiched between two findings that you would get from auscultation (so listening rather than seeing). How would you say this?
"Crépitants bilatéraux diffus, foyer dans tout le poumon droit, ronchi diffus"

Thanks Sue. What are you saying is from sites throughout the right lung? I don't think this part of the sentence is referring to the crackles (crépitants) or the rhonchi (ronchi) |
