j'ai préféré rester général, justement parce que je nsuis pas sûr du contexte, mais tout à fait d'accord avec cette solution si on est vriament dans l'universitaire.

It seems pretty straightforward unless I have missed something... It looks like a case where visitors of a place have the right to use computers that belong to that place. The visitors sign an agreement that specifies what they have the right to do with the computers, and what they are forbidden to use them for.
