Non-PRO English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

a) Company 1 hereby assigns the rights and delegates the obligations under the sales contracts which it has with Company 1 Customers for the sale and delivery of Aviation Products at any of the Other Locations and agrees to assign the rights and delegate the obligations under any future sales contracts which it has with Company 1 Customers for the sale and delivery of Aviation Products at any of the Other Locations, to Company 2 and Company 2 accepts and shall accept in respect of future contracts, such assignment and delegation which is or shall be, as the case may be, undertaken in accordance with the terms of the respective contracts.
