Hi everyone,
I'm translating a Policy Manual and I don't undersand the title of a section.
It's "Manual Amendments, Alert and Bulletin Procedures" following by a table with these rows:

Revision Date
I understand that "Manual Amendments" are the changes that was done to the manual (modifications apportées au manuel), but for "Alert" and especially "Bulletin Procedures" I don't know.
What is a "Bulletin Procedure"? Does someone know what it would be in French?
Is the word "Procedures" going also with "Alert" and "Manual Amendments"? Like, is it the procedures of manual amendments and the procedures of the alert also?
I'm really confuse.
For now, I translated litteraly "Modifications apportées au manuel, alerte et procédures de bulletin", but I think it just means nothing.
I would really appreciate some help here.

Pour le bulletin, je comprends qu'il pourrait tout simplement s'agir de "news bulletins", comme ici - le document comporte lui aussi son "record of manual amendments" :

Est-ce que les "procédures" se rapportent aux trois termes précédents ou seulement à deux, voire au seul dernier ? Je pense que les "manual amendments" sont à part puisqu'ils figurent sur le tableau suivant, et que les deux derniers termes sont englobés dans les procédures. A vérifier toutefois dans le texte du chapitre !

Sometimes in a document revision context like this, changes are so important that they need to be not just recorded, but actually proactively drawn to the attention of all persons to whom the original document would have been circulated.
I'd guess that 'alerts' and 'bulletins' are two different ways this may be done?
