Ustedes podrían, por favor, ayudarme con el término "amenazada" en la siguiente oración?
Oración: "El se siente enfadado y coloca los puños detrás de su espalda en señal de territorialidad amenazada".
Contexto: esta oración se encuentra en cuento que trata sobre dos hombres que no se conocen y se encuentran en la estación del metro. Mientras el metro llega, uno de ellos intenta hablar con el otro, pero el otro no es una persona muy amable y parece estar enojado por algo que le pasó.

Territory could be changed to "area" perhaps. So it would be "a sign of a threatened physical area" if it refers to a persons body.

Sorry I made a grammatical mistake, I should have written "if it refers to a person's body" because I should have used possessive terminology.

: I think "as a sign of threatened physical territory" sounds a bit awkward, but the question was simply "amenazada".

I agree Phil, but as I don't think that it is very clear what "territorialidad" refers to, I left it as such. Maybe it was only himself....who knows without more context

Thanks Adrian, I hope you have a nice day. I don´t think territorial is necessary, because it seems to be about something personal, rather than an environmental area.
