But I can't find any reference to the word "polje" being used in Dutch, other than as: "polje: Geology A flat-floored depression in a karstic region, especially in Slovenia, with steep enclosing walls and a covering of alluvium." writeaway Dec 5, 2022: Very inexact for a recipe If it's a 'potje', then what size potje? 125gr, 250gr? A jar is hardly a precise measurement. You have to provide more context.
