Proposed translations
where [buyer] purchased and received the property from [seller]
La tradición es la entrega de la posesión de la cosa con finalidad traslativa.
thanks, yes I'd assume so, that the buyer goes first, I just was unsure as I've never seen that phrase 'haber por compraventa' |
receive by way of conveyance on sale from
Yes, the buyer (prev.: purchaser) receiving from the seller (prev. vendor).
Anyhow, I know from conveyancing practice that 'conveyance on sale' - fusing both terms of compraventa y tradición - would be the way the land would be regd. in the UK, and possibly also in Oz.
Oz: Land which is not registered is known as 'unallocated or *unalientated* ! land'.
Australia The transfer of real estate to a purchaser is recorded in writing on prescribed statutory forms and lodged with the state or territory government department responsible for maintaining the register of land ownership.

oh, sorry. Medical was a question from an earlier translation, but I thought I had changed it. And thank you for the answer |

: "Received" (past tense); "received by sale AND conveyance" might be more generally comprehensible outside the UK.
