Dig-pin

English to French Other Mechanics / Mech Engineering Agricultural plant
hi all,

I'm translating a rather unusual file... it's a series of strings in the agricultural machinery field, but we don't have much context...

Here is a string I am struggling with:

ECU is in safe-state (Dig-Pin is off)

Le contrôleur du moteur est en état de sécurité (?????

Merci d'avance

Discussion

Tony M Oct 23, 2022:
@ Asker Well, if it is in a "safe" state, then if there is a pin that indicates 'dig' (for a digger?), it would of course be a requirement for that to be 'off' — i.e. any digging is disabled.
Other than that, it's impossible to tell without more context...

le cavalier est enlevé

Parfois en électronique, on installe ou retire manuellement un "cavalier" entre deux terminaisons électroniques le temps d'effectuer une modification : update firmware par exemple, calibrage, changement d'un composant ou d'un accessoire.

If you must use pin 13 as a digital input, set its pinMode() to INPUT and use an external pull down resistor. - https://docs.arduino.cc/learn/microcontrollers/digital-pins
