I think this relates t the transfer process. Linguistically, I think using a literal translation of "Importação" would be verging on a false usage, as we do not use "Import" or "importation" in this field of study administration. Placing "credit" before the phrase would be optional here, as we do not know exactly the type of unit or package that is being transferred, but it could relate to that.
