Discussion

Myriam Seers Sep 10, 2022:
This could be a shorter way of saying "títulos del hecho esencial" or "títulos del hecho relevante", which appears to be a material fact report. This seems to fit the context (number of material fact reports).

Examples filed with various stock exchanges:

Neil Forrest (asker) Sep 9, 2022:
Thanks for replying. The document is a request from the Mexican tax authorities asking a brokerage house to provide information about its customers' transactions in an Excel file. It's just a list of items in a table, ther eis no additional context. Other examples include: Fecha de hecho, Hora de hecho, Folio de hecho. Sorry, but can't give you any more info without sending the entire document.

Asker Please post at least one complete sentence and tell us exactly what your document is
Robert Carter Sep 9, 2022:
Do you have any more context after that?

security of (in) the chargeable event

Fecha de hecho, Hora de hecho, Folio de hecho ought to read 'del hecho', rather than a de facto date etc. cf. Myriam's discussion entry.

Palpably not a stock exchange term of art, but a tax term.

Otherwise, let us cast our minds back to what counted, pre-1980s - as a 'chargeable event' in CTT / UK Capital Transfer Tax before being scrapped Inheritance Tax (historically known as Estate Duty).

Admittedly, this interpretation doesn't square with HH's 'to be made' answer for (ejecución del) hecho in the second web ref.
Example sentence:

A charge to income tax and, if appropriate, NICs, occurs on the occasion of a chargeable event
