XXX Advanced will target the same target audience as our existing mobile app XXX: ZZZ. For the last eight years we have prioritized understanding this audience and their needs in order to drive our product roadmap. With over 100 interviews in the last 2 years (in-person in Greece and Cyprus and over Zoom for the US and Europe) and 300 questionnaire responses we have gained a detailed understanding of their needs as they differ within each segment we’re targeting. This has led to a strong product-market fit for XXX, with an NPS score of +42 (>+20 indicating a strong fit) and Sean Ellis test of 62% (>40% indicating a strong fit) and users who enthusiastically recommend XXX to their friends, colleagues, companies and customers.
