French to English Other Human Resources

This is a risk assessment for the pharmaceutical industry. There is a list of job titles of the people who were involved in the creation of the assessment. In the list are

...Responsable Entrepôt, Responsable Fabrication, CE Entrepôt, Fabrication et Conditionnement...

I'm finding it difficult to find out what the CE stands for and I suspect I'm missing the obvious here. The only thing that comes to mind is the CE marking conformance but as CE marking doesn't apply to pharmaceuticals, I'm a bit stumped! Any help would be much appreciated - thanks.
