Buenos días, colegas. Estoy traduciendo unos Terms and Conditions. Me han enviado solo esa parte, no el contrato entero. Como sea, tengo dudas con respecto al uso de la palabra "evidenciado" aquí:

"Los siguientes términos y condiciones regirán para cualquier entidad que le brinde servicios al transportista para el cumplimiento del contrato evidenciado en este".

"Una vez se haya firmado el contrato evidenciado en el presente..."

En lo que pude encontrar en internet y aquí, veo que "evidenciado" se usa más en relación con pruebas de algón tipo. Sin embargo, según lo interpreto en este caso, el uso parecería más referencial. Lo veo como una expresión que significa "el contrato al que nos referimos en este documento". Sin embargo, no me parece un uso muy común, por eso quisiera saber si ustedes coinciden.

Por supuesto, si además quieren ofrecer opciones para esa parte, estaré doblemente agradecida, pero me alcanza con que me ayuden a interpretarlo.

a contract - that may have been made part-orally and partly in writing, so pl,eaded as such- is evidenced in the document. Similiarly, a contract of insurance can be 'evdienced' by certificate of insurance or an insurance policy.
Example sentence:

Parol Evidence Rule is refers to unnecessary evidence such as an oral agreement (a parol contract), or even a written agreement, that is not included in the related written document.

The literal meaning is "referred to in this document", but it's redundant. They're clearly not referring to any other contract.

neutral AllegroTrans : Strongly disagree with this "method" of translation. If you are going to search your source text for "redundancies" you might as well call yourself a précis writer rather than a translator.

I think you and I have very different styles of translation. Spanish is full of redundancy, and if you leave it in, the translation is unreadable.
