In addition to the Ordinary Shares, the Company may issue in its discretion without limitation shares of different classes with or without voting rights that shall be allocated by the Board of Directors, or the Sole Director, as the case may be, to various compartments (the « Compartment Shares »). The Compartment Shares allocated to a compartment shall constitute a separate class of shares and each class of Compartment Shares shall be named by using the same capital letter between the terms «Compartment Shares» as the one used with respect to the compartment to which the Compartment Shares are allocated (for example, the Compartment Shares allocated to the Compartment A shall be named the Compartment A Shares).
