Latin term
Technologia Informatina de rebus computatoriis ex cognitione pendentibus
Latin to English
Law/Patents
Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs
Mater's degree
From an Edinburgh master's degree certificate. This is the title of the award. obviously the degree is in Information technology but I can't understand how the word pendentibus fits here (probably referring to rebus). The website isn't much help. Thanks in advance.

Comment: "Thank you very much. I did manage to track down the holder of this qualification on line. He had an M.Sc. in Artificial intelligence which I think means the same thing. Your contribution is much closer to the Latin. Thanks again. J."

Information Technology: Knowledge-based computer processing
Informatina misspelled; should be Informativa.
De rebus is from "res" = about matters.
Pendentibus ex is from "pendens" = of, by, based on, or relating to.
Cognition = knowledge.
Literally, de rebus computatoriis ex cognitione pendentibus would be translated "computer matters based on knowledge".

More idiomatic: Knowledge-based computer data processing
