3.5.4
line clearance
removal (line purge) of everything associated with the prior production run
Note 1 to entry: Typically, line clearance is done prior to a production run to prevent any error and cross-contamination (3.5.3). Typically, it is required that a production facility (line) and its associated working area (3.3.6) are completely clear of all materials, waste, products, samples, documents, etc. used in the previous production run before the introduction of materials, product samples, documents, etc. needed for the commencement of the next production run.

3.5.4

: small fly in the ointment: from what I could find about "le mélangeur Muller" there is no particular need for any kind of "vacuum", nor "negative pressure"; can't be sure either way, but it does sound to me like it's some other kind of "vide".

chamber vacuum
There need not be a connection between the equipment item concerned by the 'vide de salle' and the Muller mixer, unless more context indicates the contrary.
So this vacuum might be that in the cbamber (salle? Odd choice of word, however) of a vacuum mixer, i.e. one that prevents the formation of bubbles in the product being prepared, and the Muller mixer might be another machine in the production line.
Might the reference of the SOP point things in the right direction?
