Na dan kada se faktura izdavala inostranom kupcu kurs je (u ovom slučaju) bio povoljniji nego na dan kada je kupac uplatio novac, tako da je vrednost uplate manja u odnosu na vrednost izdate fakture, i samim tim je došlo do negativne kursne razlike (FX losses), tj. ostvaren je gubitak.
