English term (edited): FFI - Feedforward interview

The definition of feedforward once again highlights the idea of forecasting.

"feedforward = the modification or control of a process using its anticipated results or effects."

Hence my choice of translation 'entretien prédictive'. It can be compared with the term 'maintenance prédictive' which, briefly, means using data to predict when equipment maintenance is needed.
