Atardece en una pequeña chalana que avanza rompiendo el oleaje en a Costa da Morte. En ella viajan Teo (41), junto a su adolescente hija Sara (15) . Ambos se dirigen a un peñasco en busca de marisco. Una vez allí, y cuando Nico salta a la roca para percebar aparece un extraño sonido, como un un aleteo, que empieza a sonar en la cabeza de Nico y la hace detenerse.
