The full balance sheet item is "Stato Patrimoniale riclassificato secondo il criterio di liquidità/esigibilità". I can find no technical translation for this term and, to be honest, haven't come across it before. I presume they are talking of some type of ratio between assets and liabilities or between liquidity and collectability/callability etc. TIA for a quick answer.

Comment: "It's not standard terminology, but neither was the question. So I went with this (and got away with it)."

Liquidità and esigibilità basically mean the same thing - it's when the debtor or creditor gets their money back. Receivables and payables are normally divided into short term, meaning due in less than one year, and long term, due in more than one year.
See some of the examples here:

You can ignore "criterio di" in your translation and just say "reclassified by liquidity/due date".

It's a criterio, so a test or benchmark and - de novo - cannot simply be left out 'when in doubt'.
Though one term at a time, I'm unsure criterio di liquidità / esigibilità as a 'quick ratio / acid test/ can be split.
Perchance our ProZ accountants can expand on their comments.

Example sentence:
To calculate the acid-test ratio of a company, divide a company's current cash, marketable securities, and total accounts receivable by its *current liabilities*.
