Early learning Depending on the information in this context, I would say Ms.Collins is an Early Learning teacher as his student Isgender showed his analytical and thinking skills and is able to quickly understand new rules and concepts.
Of course if Ms. Collins is not an English teacher.

Need more info I would not guess on this acronym. It could be English Language, but in the US, that is more often abbreviated as ELA (English Language Arts). Since there isn't any hint of the subject, this could be any class at all. I assume your documents name the school. I would look it up and see what Ms. Collins teaches. If that cannot be found, contact the school directly. Look also at what other subjects are listed. If an elementary student, and there is no other listing for English, then you could perhaps guess that this is English.
