Core leader? It is not Kernleiter.. Deepl says Hauptverantwortlicher. Hauptverantwortlicher für das Kerngeschäft?

"Core leader" scheint ein McKinsey-spezifischer Begriff zu sein. Darauf deuten zumindest die Ergebnisse der Suche nach "mckinsey" und "core leader" hin. Auf www.mckinsey.de finden sich zahlreiche Mitarbeiter mit der Stellenbezeichnung "core leader" - dazu die Suche auf "site:.mckinsey.de" einschränken. Daher könnte die Bezeichnung eventuell auf Englisch belassen werden, sie entspricht wohl der Leitungsfunktion für einen Schwerpunktbereich bzw. eine Abteilung.
