Someone: What can I say? I really like watching her box.
Peter: That means two things.
I didn't know how much text should I include here, but I've left a link instead.

This is a clip from Family Guy, where Lois has got on stage to try "foxy boxing'. When she knocks out her opponent, someone drags her opponent who's in a bikini and says 'I really like watching her box'. I'm not sure if he refers to her private parts or boobs, or simply boxing.

Yes, the guy likes to watch her when she's boxing
AND
likes to watch her "box" (genitalia) when she's "boxing".
This is "foxy boxing" not the regular competitve sport kind (e.g.Katie Taylor) which is not sexualised and where competitors are wearing boxing gear, singlets and shorts.
So the sexual innuendo is definitely intended here, even to the fact they wear skimpy bikinis.

Not too much real boxing takes place as
"the actual fight usually focuses on the beauty of the combatants rather than fighting skills. Foxy boxing is unusual in that the audience generally does not care who wins..."
In this case the noun is referring to her nether regions, not just her genitalia necessarily as he probably likes watching her rear end too as she gyrates
(not referring to boobs though)

The vulva
the vulva
Slang: Vulgar. the vulva or vagina.
What does it mean when someone says box me?
To limit one's options or cause one to feel restricted or stuck. A noun or pronoun can be used between "box" and "in." I'm a very versatile performer—don't just box me in as a comedic actress. See also: box.

private parts
The phrase "her box" in this context is used to describe the woman's private parts (if we are writing in a formal way). But it is generally used as an offensive slang.
Example sentence:
Calling someone a box.

: you are totally ignoring the second meaning, as was already discussed.

Post an answer Tony!
On a superficial level, 'box' will imply 'the way she boxes'.
But as you say, 'box' can also be a vulgar, sexist reference to a woman's genital area.
So on more level, watching it is understandable; on the other, it is reprehensible, salacious male voyeurism.
