I seem to be confused as to who's trouble for whom. The ('s) is a little confusing. Would you clarify, please?

Another example It's the same as saying something like the following:

America's Trump problem...

Meaning that Trump is a problem for America.

agree Yvonne Gallagher : it's simply a possessive apostrophe but it's not short for "has" though you could say "O. HAS (full word)Luna trouble" it's not exactly the same
