When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

: It's a list of what the person actually does, not how he or she performs. Performance doesn't work here//yes it is that but we don't use "performance" in English when describing a person's work duties

OK. But it could also be a list of work performed in someone's CV.// We use experience. But desempeño means performance or execution.

(Legal) Practic/se at a professional level; professional support
Professional support (lawyer )in the UK generally connotes part-time, but legally qualified Assistant Solicitors like married women.
NB 'when in doubt, leave out' : by omitting the adjective of 'professional', the work could be reduced to inhouse postal-messenger level.
The term 'professional practice' refers to the conduct & work of someone from a particular profession. Professional bodies may set standards of ethics, performance, competence, insurance, training & so on that must be met to remain within the profession.
localisation and translation practice at a professional level.

There's no indication of what the job title is. Women legal audio-typists in my Central London law firm had the job remit of many of the tasks described.

Well, you've learned something now, namely the Support Lawyer job title of my sister-in-law in the City of London. Otherwise, making professionally careless comments like 'You could leave out "professional" could reduce the job level to inhouse postboy.
