Japanese term

無人テック事業

Japanese to English Bus/Financial Management 無人テック事業・無人スタッフ
A company describes its business domain as,

グローバルテレワーカー集団「人力クラウド」及びAI・ITによる最適化・効率化の仕組みである「無人スタック」のHybrid提供をベースとした「無人テック事業」

It feels like an outsourcing system like Fiverr.

Can anyone suggest an English equivalent for 無人テック事業?

Thank you,

Nick

Unmanned Tech Business

The tech business that does not require manpower.
Note from asker:
Thank you for your suggestion. I considered trying to change the meaning slightly, but then came back around to the literal translation that reflects the Japanese.

Outsourcing and labour-saving technology solutions

The context of 無人 here seems to suggest 省力化 rather than "unmanned automation."
If this business is primarily an IT consultant and freelancer matching platform then something like "Outsourcing and labour-saving technology solutions" conveys this notion (even if a bit convoluted)
Note from asker:
Thank you for your suggestion. I agree with your interpretation that it's not exactly "unmanned." Thanks a lot.

Automated Tech Business

I think this seems more like "low manpower" than "no manpower". Perhaps something like "automated tech business" keeps the idea of not needing excess staff numbers, without suggesting there aren't any staff at all.
Note from asker:
That's exactly why I was hesitant to simply translate it as "unmanned," but I concluded that the problem is with the source term rather than a translation issue, and ended up going with the literal translation "unmanned."
Thank you!

AI-assisted tech and outsourcing business

This may show it's a hybrid of two business segments.

some snappy term that means Unmanned/Labor-Saving/Automated Tech Business

Exact-phrase google search reveals this to be a term used exclusively by this company, so it's a coinage they are apparently confident works as a high-impact phrase. Thus the best thing to do is come up with some appealing English equivalent that's semantically accurate enough and would work well in marketing, and then run it past the client. Auto Tech Biz or whatever. (I'm bad at this, which is why I steer clear of marketing materials unless they are very, very dry.)
Note from asker:
Thank you for the insight. It might be good to suggest a snappy marketing phrase as an alternative to the client and let them decide which works best.
