I think this seems more like "low manpower" than "no manpower". Perhaps something like "automated tech business" keeps the idea of not needing excess staff numbers, without suggesting there aren't any staff at all.

Exact-phrase google search reveals this to be a term used exclusively by this company, so it's a coinage they are apparently confident works as a high-impact phrase. Thus the best thing to do is come up with some appealing English equivalent that's semantically accurate enough and would work well in marketing, and then run it past the client. Auto Tech Biz or whatever. (I'm bad at this, which is why I steer clear of marketing materials unless they are very, very dry.)
