Aquí, el museo moderno y sus sucedáneos a través de sus distancias espaciales y simbólicas, en todo cuanto contiene y de todo cuanto pretende excluir, en su promesa tan vigente como incumplida de autonomía.

Más aquí, el cubo blanco, ese “hallazgo comercial, estético y tecnológico”, como dice Brian O’Doherty, en todo cuanto puede tener de privilegio específico y de destino depurado, de arquitectura de y para la experiencia estética.
I don't get it...insofar as? To the extent that...?

in everything / to the extent that
The phrase "en todo cuanto" can shift meanings depending on context ("infofar as," "including," "as regards," etc.). In the first sentence (whose subject appears to be missing its verb?), I think simply translating as "in everything" would work best. This is how I would render the whole sentence (though again, it's a bit difficult since it appears to be incomplete):
Here, the modern museum—and its analogues, through their spatial and symbolic distances—in everything it includes and in everything it purports to exclude, in its persistent yet unfulfilled promise of autonomy...
And the second sentence, which also appears to be incomplete (missing the verb phrase) and includes what seems like a typo ("de y para"), I would translate something like:
Furthermore, the white cube— that "commercial, aesthetic and technological discovery," as Brian O'Doherty describes it—to the extent it can have, through its specific privilege and refined destiny, through its architecture and in the aesthetic experience [it inspires]...

as regards everything
I've just sent an email to a client and I wrote 'Me coges en mal momento, en cuanto al trabajo...'.
I often translate 'en cuanto' as 'regarding/as regards', so I would imagine that the 'todo' means 'everything', though I'll try and find some references to back up my answer.

in all its
Somehow a literal translation sounds unnatural. The Spanish style is flowery and probably needs some "toning down" in translation
How about: Here, the modern museum...... in all its contents....... ?

in all that
Similar to other answers, but just different enough to make it work in all the contexts cited.
For "en todo cuanto puede tener de privilegio específico" > 'in all that it may have in the way of specific privilege...
For "en todo cuanto puede tener de privilegio específico" > 'in all that it may have in the way of specific privilege...

An option. As the original Spanish text appears to lack a verb (this happens sometimes in Spanish-style), I've added one (see) in this attempt, which needs tweaking.
"Here, we see the modern museum and its substitutes, through their spatial and symbolic distances, in terms of all they contain and everything they aim to exclude, in their promise of autonomy, as valid as it is unfulfilled."

: I was going to add 'in terms of' to my answer but I knew it would put me at the bottom of the 'you were first' list!
