Discussion

Port City Dec 10, 2021:
Is the mould for plastic or for metal? If it is for plastic, it probably means "core", but it needs to be paired with "cavity" to be complete. https://www.researchgate.net/figure/A-simple-two-cavity-mold...

filled mold

Possibly related to "盛り込む," which can mean "to fill a vessel."

Rough translation of the example sentence:
After the mold is filled and given a rubber lining, it is polished.

configuration, mould

I'm assuming that 盛り型 may also possibly be the same as 型盛り. If this is the case, "configuration" or "mould" might be considered.

Here is an old posting that might be helpful:

disagree HeriListon : This character "盛り" means " height of ....." or " peak of ...." and this "型" means "type " so... "盛り型" means " height of type " or Premium Type.
