Lease contract
I'm looking at a lease contract for an industrial property that is yet to be built. The closest thing I can find to "Superficie Bruta Construida" is "Gross Floor Area" (a less preferred option is Gross Built Area) but the problem arises with "Superficie Bruta No Construida". The only alternative is to go back to Built Area to be able to use the negative Non-Built Area which I don't really like. Any ideas? Thanks

Note in the recent Proz Portuguese question inte weblink, the floorspace turns into a 'built-up' Brazilian area of town, rather than of a favela.
PS the translation of undeveloped for 'no construida' - including during the short-lived UK Development Land Tax era - had never been queried, even by UK Solicitors.
