I think the question boils down to machine-readable in English, I don't think we can translate "vitrauphanie" very literally in this instance, but "machine-readable" covers it.
If you read on in the second source, however...you find "visible in reflection or in transmission", "***transparent***/translucent micro-optic security device", "mobile effects when the optical materials are viewed from varying points of view", and "moire [sic -- Moiré or moiré] magnification", which you may be able to shoehorn into the context, or which you may find more appropriate or accurate, since you may have full technical details (and/or knowledge) of the exact process or processes involved.

Machine since non-human, like barcode or QR code technology. I think transparency is about as close as a non-specialist is going to get to describing this technology in the gritty detail. It's all there in the references. Really!
