: it's not THAT kind of "credit" in this text, 101% sure of that // wouldn't make any sense for what is a" sale contract", not a "loan agreement".

Formulations like "the here buyer" and "the here seller" are easy to decipher but sound very odd, and, surprise, surprise - get no ghits whatsoever - a bit worrying for what should be a "standard expression found in contracts" !!!
also "me or my legal surrogate" makes no sense whatsoever, it should be "me or my legal representative".
Your "original" looks more like a very "approximative" translation from .... ???
Given all this, you would need to "decipher" first this whole contract to be reasonably sure what this "credited price" is supposed to be exactly.
