A Gaynizer lesbian, reported to Tulfo!

"Bekikero" is like "womanizer" but instead of women it would be "gay". I guess the term can be "Gaynizer".

A lesbian who likes/have multiple relationships with gays.

"Ipina-Tulfo" means being reported to a TV show program named "Tulfo in Action" that addresses this type of social issues.

Just for clarity, I checked the video and the lesbian here looks like a male and the gay here looks like a female. "Beki" is a slang term for "gay" and "kero/ero" would mean "have more than 1 relationship with"

Thus, this lesbian is accused of having multiple gay(cross dresser) relationships. We can assume that sex is part in these type of relationships.

However, the context of the video, the lesbian and the gay had a child. The gay reported/accused the lesbian of having an affair of another gay and not supporting their baby.

The lesbian is the biological mother of the child but acts as the father while the gay cross dresser acts as the mother.
Note from asker:
Many thanks - by gaynizer, do you mean that she has sex with lots of gay men, or just that she likes their company? I've always understood babaero as meaning someone actually having sex with a lot of different women, and -kero seems to be the same suffix as -ero, or is it different?

Lesbian that hangouts with a gay, was reported to Tulfo.

“Beki” means gay, but when added with “kero”, it will become a HOBBY similar to “someone who usually likes/hangouts with a gay”. While “ipina-Tulfo” means he or that lesbian was reported to Tulfo (a TV show that discusses concerns or conflicts.

"Bekikero" is not a formal word, but it is more of a barbaric term. So it is much better to define it in English as a 'lesbian that/who hangouts with a gay'.

A lesbian who loves to flirt with gays, reported to Tulfo!

“Beki” and “Bekikero” are informal terms coined from a “gay language. “Beki” means gay, while “Bikikero” refers to someone with a male sexual orientation who loves to flirt or is fond of having an affair with gays (gay men).

The suffix "-ero" (masculine) or "-era" (feminine) signifies a regular tendency or repeated practice (habit) of doing something.

From the list of LGBTQ vocabulary, “gay” is an individual label for anyone who does not identify as heterosexual. The description says that “gay” in this regard is an adjective and not a noun. For this reason, gay could be used to label a woman with male orientation as a “gay woman,” and a man with female orientation as a “gay man.”

In our general understanding as Filipinos, a “lesbian” (tomboy) is a woman who is emotionally, romantically, sexually, affectionately, or relationally attracted to other women. A “gay” (beki or bakla) is a man who is emotionally, romantically, sexually, affectionately, or relationally attracted to other men.

However, taking the context of LGBTQ sexual orientation terms, the featured romantic partners in this particular segment of the Tulfo In Action program are both gays. Joyce is a man with a female sexual orientation (gay man) who is madly in love with Marelou, a woman with a male sexual orientation (gay woman).

Joyce (the gay man) reported Marelou (the gay woman) to Tulfo.
"Ipina-Tulfo" in English means reported to Tulfo.

According to Joyce, Marelou wants to end their relationship because Marelou is romantically involved or flirting with another gay man.

Along this line of thought, “Lesbian na Bekikera, ipina-Tulfo” could also be translated as "A gay woman who loves to flirt with gay men was reported to Tulfo.”
