"Bekikero" is not a formal word, but it is more of a barbaric term. So it is much better to define it in English as a 'lesbian that/who hangouts with a gay'.

In our general understanding as Filipinos, a “lesbian” (tomboy) is a woman who is emotionally, romantically, sexually, affectionately, or relationally attracted to other women. A “gay” (beki or bakla) is a man who is emotionally, romantically, sexually, affectionately, or relationally attracted to other men.

However, taking the context of LGBTQ sexual orientation terms, the featured romantic partners in this particular segment of the Tulfo In Action program are both gays. Joyce is a man with a female sexual orientation (gay man) who is madly in love with Marelou, a woman with a male sexual orientation (gay woman).

Joyce (the gay man) reported Marelou (the gay woman) to Tulfo.
"Ipina-Tulfo" in English means reported to Tulfo.

According to Joyce, Marelou wants to end their relationship because Marelou is romantically involved or flirting with another gay man.
