El original (murmullo vesicular conservado sin ruidos sobreañadidos / agregados / sobreagregados) es fórmula habitual en castellano para indicar una auscultación pulmonar normal. El equivalente inglés diría que es lungs clear to auscultation (con o sin la explicitación de breath sounds equal bilaterally; BS=B).

: Hola liz, es correctísima la traducción de (ruidos) sobreagreagados como adventitious sounds. Sin embargo en el contexto de un informe médico diría que es harto extraño para un nativo utilizar esta denominación. "Clear to auscultation" parece más natural.

Discussion
It might be argued that sin ruidos sobreañadidos might correspond to the more specific "without wheezes, crackles or rhonchi" -or "no rales, rhonchi, or wheezes", etc.
I feel though that as far as translation goes a specific reference to wheezes, crackles, ronchi, stridor, etc. might be a little more specific than the original -but it would work fine in English and it would actually be an accurate translation of the original expression [lungs clear to auscultation without wheezes, crackles or rhonchi].
On the other side I have not been able to find original examples with "no added sounds" or any equivalent expression -included "no adventitious sounds" or the like- when assessing lung sounds on a medical report.

Lungs: Clear to auscultation. CV: RRR, no MRGs. Abdomen: Soft, nontender. Extremities: No peripheral edema
