Oppure: "se si è ricevuto l'incarico di revisore ...di approvatore"
La presenza di "a" in "a assigned" è un refuso, a meno che non manchi dal testo una parte che segue questo articolo.

D'altro canto, sembra invece mancare un "which" dopo "to filter on tags". In assenza di queste due ipotesi la frase non avrebbe senso. Sembra perciò che il brano sia stato scritto da persone molto distratte oppure da non madrelingua.
La presenza di "a" in "a assigned" è un refuso, a meno che non manchi dal testo una parte che segue questo articolo.
