Existem vários tipos de Acordos como por exemplo, Acordo Extrajudicial, Termo de Acordo de Compromisso, Acordo de Acionistas entre outros..

No contexto acima diz:"Client agrees to be bound by the Sponsor/ Exhibitor Manual, which shall form part of the Agreement."
Ou seja, "o Cliente concorda em se comprometer com o Manual do Patrocinador / Expositor, que fará parte do Contrato".
