glass
Our scope of work is to re-rail a derailed train. Our biggest risk here is struck by rail traffic. All parked brakes, fuses and glass down. So the train's isolated. It's not going anywhere.
A manager give instructions to its staff before starting re-rail a train. Is it just glass? If so, what it means in this context?
Thanks in advance,

1.1 HRC Fuses
High Rupture Capacity (HRC) fuse links used to
protect the system against over load and short circuit. It
minimizes the damage by limiting the short circuit
current. Fuse link housed in a ceramic body filled with
chemically treated high quality quartz sand to ensure
Fuse is always used in the circuit before the load.
In ac circuit it is connected in the live wire. In dc circuit
the fuse is kept in +ve circuit. There are many types of
fuses i.e. semi-enclosed or rewirable type, totally
enclosed or cartridge type, dropout type, HRC cartridge
type, expulsion type etc.
