I'm not sure if it's simply referring to the pattern made by the veins in the marble, or repetition in the floor tiles, i.e. its graphic design, or if there's actually a technical term I'm missing

entiendo gráfica como una licencia o metáfora, algo rebuscada o incluso pretenciosa, que remite a escritura o diseño gráfico, como si el mármol fuera un escrito o un dibujo plasmado en sus vetas y venas. El texto original es sugerente , no debes interpretarlo al pie de la letra

For that sentence you could use "pattern" for gráfica or just restructure the sentence in some way.
But the other sentence that contains "gráfica" is something artificially done - "incrustados en gráfica" could be "graphic inlay" - (incrustación in marble is "inlay.") Inlaid patterns in marble are added (not natural). https://www.westelm.com/products/graphic-marble-inlay-side-t...
